Today I’m going to share with you three breakfast smoothie recipes, which anyone can make in a jiffy. They are packed with quality ingredients to give a flying start to your day. These smoothies are rich in fiber, protein, vitamins, minerals and healthy fats. The best part is you are in control of sugar (honey) intake. You can add the amount you prefer or skip it entirely.

The recipes are versatile. Replace regular milk with that of your choice – almond milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, soy milk, oat milk, rice milk, hemp milk etc. or yogurt. Substitute peanut butter for another tree nut butter like – almond butter, cashew butter, walnut butter, hazelnut butter, pecan butter or macadamia butter. If you are allergic to nuts – use tahini, sunflower seed butter, chia seed butter or coconut butter. Use fresh or frozen blueberries and bananas. When I was doing slimming world from home, I relied heavily on free and superfree foods. I posted pictures of my meals on Instagram, and quickly learned that some people think blended fruits are free or even superfree. I got a lot of comments on my “superfree smoothie” picture, but most of them were negative.
