Tandoori chicken Dinner Healthy Food Recipes

At home we are very fond of spices , tandoori in particular is perfect as a dinner healthy food recipes, and as I am still in my Indian and Asian cooking period… I wanted a good tandoori chicken! I hadn’t yet taken the time to publish it on the blog, it was the occasion.

 

It’s a really simple healthy dinner ideas, quick and very tasty recipe, marinating the chicken makes it very soft, it’s delicious! Just be careful to marinate the chicken at least 3 hours in advance. Concerning the tandoori spices, privilege the quality because it is all the same the main ingredient of the recipe… as I sad it’s one of the easter dinner ideas

Ingredients: (for 4 persons)

  • 4 chicken fillets (+/-500g)
  • a plain yogurt
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic or 1cc of garlic semolina
  • 4CS of tandoori spices
  • 1cc ground ginger
  • 1 lime
  • salt, pepper
  • vegetable oil

Preparation:

  1. Cut the chicken into 2/3cm cubes.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt with garlic, spices, lime juice, salt and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and mix well to coat.
  3. Cover with cling film on contact and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours (ideally overnight or day).
  4. Preheat the oven to 200°C with the grill function*.
  5. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking sheet, oil it lightly and arrange the chicken pieces.
  6. Place in the oven for about 15 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.
  7. Serve with Indian-style rice ** and a cucumber raita (click for recipe)

Quick Healthy Dinner Vegetarian cauliflower Bolognese

It’s no longer a secret here, I love cauliflower and I got easy healthy dinner recipes! And I love to have fun with it: cauliflower béchamel, cauliflower risotto, or Cantonese cauliflower… and I can think of many more! While I have seen the recipe for cauliflower bolognese

 

So here is  healthy dinner ideas, I quickly made this recipe with a slight adaptation according to what I had on hand. Visually already it looks like the bolo 😉 I liked it a lot and it made Monsieur eat coral lentils, who doesn’t like them too much! Of course you shouldn’t compare it to meat in terms of taste, but rather think that it’s a fun way to eat cauliflower. My 5 year old daughter noticed that the taste was not the same but she ate all her plate without becoming the cauliflower ah ah!

Ingredients: (for 4 persons)

  • ½ cauliflower
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100g of coral lenses
  • 50cl of tomato coulis
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian spice mix
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation:

  1. Remove the leaves and the trunk of the cauliflower. Blend the florets coarsely to get a coarse semolina texture (but not too fine, if a few pieces remain it is not serious).
  2. Peel and slice the onion. Chop the garlic cloves.
  3. In a large frying pan or saucepan heat a drizzle of olive oil and then sauté the onion and garlic with the paprika.
  4. Then add cauliflower, continue cooking 2/3 minutes on medium/high heat while stirring.
  5. Then add the coral lentils, tomato coulis, spices, salt and pepper. Cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes at low heat.
  6. Serve with pasta!
