  • ·         200 g Brussels sprouts
  • ·         120 g reblochon
  • ·         110 g button mushrooms
  • ·         110 g bacon
  • ·         80 g yellow onion
  • ·         40 ml oat cream

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Wash, peel and cut potatoes, onions, button mushrooms and Brussels sprouts. Steam the Brussels sprouts for half an hour. Then pour clarified butter into the bottom of a stewpot and add the rest of the vegetables.

Stir and cook over medium heat until potatoes are melted. Then add the Brussels sprouts, bacon and cream.

Mix the preparation then pour half of it into an oiled gratin dish. Then add half of the reblochon cut into pieces, then the rest of the vegetables and finally the rest of the cheese. Put in the oven at 200° for 25 minutes. Serve immediately.
