Ingredients

·         Well washed green salad leaves

·         1 mature lawyer

·         1/2 red bell pepper

·         1/2 green bell pepper

·         1 medium red onion

·         2 eggs

·         corn

·         1/2 can of tuna in oil

·         cherry tomatoes

vinaigrette:

·         extra virgin olive oil

·         freshly squeezed lemon juice

·         salt

Instructions

·         In a salad bowl, place the diced onion, the two diced peppers, the diced avocado (you can leave a few slices to garnish afterwards).

·         Add the corn and tuna flakes.

·         Prepare the vinaigrette and add to your vegetables, toss and adjust the taste.

·         Fill the salad leaves with this mixture.

·         Place them on the serving platter.

·     Decorate to your liking with cherry tomatoes, corn, avocado slices and quarter hard-boiled eggs.
