Ingredients:
1 Medium Head of Broccoli, cut into florets (washed and drained)
3/4 cup Milk (2% or whole milk)
1 teaspoon Vinegar or apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup All purpose flour / Plain flour / Maida
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 teaspoon Salt (as required)
2 teaspoon Chili sauce or Hot sauce
Cooking Spray oil (I have used avocado cooking spray oil, bought from Costco)
2 cup Panko Bread crumbs (or regular)
For Bang Bang Broccoli Wings Sauce:
1/4 cup Mayo (for Vegan use Plant based Vegan Mayo
2 tablespoon Sambal Oelek Ground fresh chili paste (or Thai Sweet Chili sauce)
1 to 2 teaspoon Honey or Maple syrup
