Many people ask me about the Daniel Fast and breakfast suggestions. We’re so used to eating dairy products (which aren’t allowed on the Daniel Fast), eggs, and other animal proteins when we’re not fasting. So this is a great opportunity to be inventive!

Here are a few of my favorites… many more recipes may be found in the Daniel Fast book.

You don’t have to give up your beloved BLT sandwich just because bread is off the table!

This tasty best keto chaffle recipe mixes crispy bacon, juicy tomatoes, and fresh lettuce with one of the most famous keto dishes on the internet: the chaffle.

Skip the bread and enjoy all of the delights that a BLT has to offer!
You already know that vegetables and bacon are staples of the keto diet. What is, however, the bread that holds this sandwich together? It’s a squabble.

A chaffle is a great low-carb bread substitute. It’s the ideal keto substitution for constructing tasty sandwiches. It’s made using just two ingredients: an egg and some shredded cheese. That’s all there is to it!

You may also modify the flavor of your chaffle bread by adding herbs and spices or using different cheese. Start with a softer cheese like mozzarella if you want the nicest tasting sweet chaffles. You’ll have to test them out for yourself to see what you think!

best chaffle recipe How To Make Chaffles For Sandwiches

Making chaffle bread for sandwiches is easy and fast — from start to finish it will take about 5 minutes.

The only special piece of kitchen equipment you need to make these keto chaffles is a waffle maker. Although I have made chaffles successfully in a normal size Belgian waffle maker, I’ve had a lot easier time using this Dash Mini Waffle Iron. It is the perfect size to cook them quickly.

The mini waffle maker will make 2 pieces of bread out of 1 egg and 1/2 cup of cheese. And, the smaller size helps the chaffles get nice and crispy.
